Our Ethos
We at CHIS and PrimeCare Insurance believe that isn’t just our job to provide care services with the best cover and support that we can, but our responsibility. That’s why we always go the extra mile when dealing with a claim to ensure we get the best out of the situation for you, for home and workers, and therefore those in your care too.
All of our staff and dedicated and skilled, and between the office we have a total combined total of 20 years working in the insurance and care sector. Furthermore, we always encourage and aid our employers to take professional exams to ratify their insurance knowledge.
We are also dedicated to trying and help charitable causes as well as giving back the local community as much as possible. Last year, managing director raised over £3500 for the parkinson’s charity by running the New York Marathon. We also donate regularly to the CAF (Charity Aid Foundation) who support a number of charities, as well sponsoring both Lewes Priory Cricket Club, and Lewes Rugby Football Club.
